As Larry Tallman and Redick Hatfield noted in their posts, this was a prototype system developed by Honeywell to monitor and report on circuit condition. The Honeywell engineer on site was Jim Toyota. In addition to Larry, SP5 Bruce Yarbrough also supported the installation of the system.
